Message	At least here in NC... When my buddy had his car smashed in and ripped apart the cops said they could only file a report. Only when the cop was forced out to the house and saw blood did they care to do anything. Because of the blood, it's a felony charge. If there was no blood...they don't care. ...i think that's correct. Did someone say Carolina Z Club?
